Job Responsibilities:

Looking for an innovative and passionate Technical Customer Support Sr Analyst to join our growing team. As a Technical Customer Support Sr Analyst, you will play a key role in Level 2 Support in Production Operations, Triage Support, Work Item Prioritization, Incident Management, Application monitoring and error analysis, Log analysis, executing reports and Supporting Batch jobs.

  • Experience in L1,L2,L3,L4 Support engagements
  • Experience in Application maintenance and monitoring
  • Experience in working with Enterprise Applications support
  • Experience in Log and monitoring analysis
  • Experience with latest application technologies ServiceNow, Pega, Informatica, MuleSoft, SAS Studio 9.4, SQL & Postgres, .Net, Alfresco Support engagements

Skills and Experience Required:

Mandatory:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Suite from an application development for web applications specifically with .NET full stack as core and React
  • Someone who has experience with CI/CD in a DevOps role
  • Informatica experience
  • Use of ServiceNow for Ticket Management
  • Highly experienced with L2 Support environments
