Job Description

Are you ready to push the limits of tire technology? Join us as a (Senior) Development Engineer (m/f/diverse) BF UHP at our Hannover-Stöcken location. In this role, you will drive innovation in the development of Ultra High Performance tires, ensuring top‑tier safety, handling, and efficiency for premium and sports vehicles. Your main tasks are:

  • Planning, budgeting and leadership of UHP tire development projects in order to meet customer as well as internal performance requirements
  • Identification and application of necessary technologies, resources and Know‑How to meet customer expectations
  • Design and management of a development strategy
  • Continuous alignment of obtained test results with requirement profiles
  • Coordination of in‑time tire building, testing and delivery to customers
  • Implementation of approved specifications into production as well as monitoring of serial production
  • Solution of all development related tasks in line with OE strategy
  • Participation in line‑and technology projects, as well as leading of target approval projects
