Zusammenfassung

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced leader to advance developer programs across the EMEA Smart Spaces and Local Government ISV ecosystem. The role involves partnering with customers, guiding solution architects, and driving adoption of NVIDIA technologies through hands-on enablement and training.

The candidate will work across engineering, product management, and marketing to scale programs, with strong emphasis on AI/ML, high-performance computing, and secure enterprise runtimes.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in technology industry; 5+ years in designated ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces).
• Experience leading developer programs at major orgs in Public Sector, Local Government, Smart Cities/Spaces.

• Foster synergies between customers and partner organizations.
• Energize the ecosystem through training sessions on NVIDIA innovations, strategy, hardware, and software.

• Serve as technical advisor and champion for the developer ecosystem in Smart Spaces and Local Government.
• Demonstrate solutions integrating the NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.

• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and partner adoption.

• Advise on technical enablement resources, including sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools
• Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA programs
• Map, track, and monitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities and inform technology roadmaps
• Collaborate with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement and partner adoption
• Engage partner engineering teams, technical leaders, and decision-makers to identify goals and solve technical challenges
• Represent partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, or technical partnerships
• 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in the designated ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces)
• Experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology organizations in Public Sector, Local Government, Smart Cities and Spaces ISVs, or relevant verticals
• Technical proficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries
• Hands-on experience building and customizing LLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications in production or production-like environments
• Experience with agent harnesses, sandboxed execution, policy enforcement, OpenShell-like environments, or secure enterprise agent runtime builds
• Experience with model customization or post-training techniques such as SFT, RL/RLHF/RLAIF, DPO, reward modeling, LoRA/PEFT, quantization-aware optimization, or model evaluation
• Ability to work in complex, matrixed environments and distill complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams, including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
• Ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders
