NVIDIA Germany seeks an experienced Developer Relations/Partnerships leader to accelerate the ecosystem across EMEA Smart Spaces and Local Government ISVs. You will train, enable, and advise partners, drive co-innovation, and influence product roadmaps through field insights.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, product and marketing teams to scale developer programs, empower partners, and deliver impactful AI and HPC solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in tech, with 5+ years in your designated ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces).
• Led developer programs at major tech orgs in Public Sector, Local Gov, or Smart Cities.
• Proficient in HPC, cloud, AI/ML and related frameworks; hands-on with LLM/Generative AI.
• Experience building post-training pipelines and agent-based AI environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build strong relationships across the EMEA Smart Spaces and Local Government ISV ecosystem and foster meaningful synergies between customers and partner organizations as well as e energize the ecosystem through training sessions on NVIDIA innovations, covering strategy,hardware and software
• Act as a trusted advisor, working closely with account management, business development and solution architect teams to create and support new markets and accelerate ISV partner scale
• Serve as the trusted technical advisor, problem solver, and champion for the developer ecosystem in your designatedSmart spaces and Local Government vertical, with multi-functional partners to drive adoption of NVIDIA technologies.
• Accelerate critical workloads bydemonstrating groundbreaking solutions that integrate the core NVIDIA stack into developer products, platforms, and pipelines.
• Advise on the technical enablement resources—such as sample code, guides, demonstration pipelines, and tools to highlight the application of technologies in solving real-world problems
• Guide partners and startups through onboarding and integration with NVIDIA’s programs, fostering co-innovation and the development of next-generation solutions.
• Map, track, andmonitor the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, inform technology roadmaps, and shape adoption strategies.
• Collaborate multi-functionally with solution architects, engineering, product management, and marketing to drive developer engagement andoptimize partner adoption strategies.
• Engage with partner engineering teams, technical leaders, anddecision-makers to identify goals, solve technical challenges, and promote best practices for successful integrations.
• Represent and advocate for the partner technical needs and feedback to NVIDIA’s internal product and engineering teams, supplying actionable insights from field deployments to influence product roadmaps.

What We Need to See:

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• A minimum of 8+ years of overall professional experience in the technology industry in software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, including 5+ years of direct hands-on experience in your designated ecosystem (Public Sector or Smart Spaces).
• Proven experience leading, partnering, and scaling developer programs at major technology organizations in Public Sector, Local Gov, Smart Cities and Spaces ISVs, or within relevant verticals.
• Significant technicalproficiency in high-performance computing, cloud, AI/ML, and/or vertical-specific frameworks and libraries.
• Hands-on experience buildingand customizing LLM, generative AI, RAG, or agentic AI applications in production or production-like environments.
• Experience with agent harnesses, sandboxed execution, policy enforcement,OpenShell-like environments, or secure enterprise agent runtime build.
• Experience with model customization or post-training techniques such as SFT, RL/RLHF/RLAIF, DPO or relevant equivalent experience, reward modeling,LoRA/PEFT, quantization-aware optimization, or model evaluation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability towork in complex, matrixed environments and distill complex technical concepts for diverse technical and non-technical audiences from engineers to executives.
• Experience leading technical collaborations with engineering and product teams - including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of technical talks or workshops
• Proven ability to structure and implement complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize issues, and collaborate with internal or external stakeholders (across sales, legal,product or marketing teams as needed).

• Hands-on experience with NVIDIA AI software such as NIM,NeMo Framework,NeMo Retriever,NeMo Guardrails,NVIDIA Agent Toolkit,Agent Skills,Dynamo,Nemotron,Blueprints,CUDA-X Libraries,Triton,TensorRT-LLM, or NIM Operator.
• Understanding ofAI Factory requirements including Server, Storage and Network infrastructure (Sizing, Installation, Power challenges etc..)
• Experience building post-training pipelines for reasoning, tool use, domain adaptation, enterprise task performance, or agent behavior improvement.
• Understanding of how a DevRel function can influence customers’ commercial purchasing decisions, with experience in—or exposure to—sales and pre-sales activities
