PUMA Group in Herzogenaurach, Germany, is seeking a senior Product Designer to drive innovation across fashion, sport and streetwear categories. You will contribute to the annual design plan and lead execution with guidance from the Creative Director.

You will integrate design and technical developments, ensure high quality design content, travel to factories to finalize prototypes, and build a strong consumer-focused portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Design and/or relevant field of study.
• 5+ years' experience designing for a leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand.
• Able to work across Sport/Fashion/Streetwear/Kids projects.
• Proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; 3D/AI a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Strong fabrics and product development knowledge.
• Fluent in English; portfolio required.

YOUR TALENT:

• Bachelor's degree in Design and/or relevant field of study
• At least 5 years work experience of designing for one or more leading fashion/lifestyle/sports brand, ideally including Men's and/or Women's Apparel experience
• Knowledge and design versatility to be able to alternate between Sport/fashion/Streetwear/Kids projects
• Professional experience working in team environment, ability to function autonomously as well as in a cooperative, diverse group
• Professional working experience with Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop, etc. 3D/AI experience not crucial but a plus.
• Tremendous attention to detail and extraordinary time-management skills
• Excellent technical background relating to fabrics & product development
• Strategic and creative thinking, strong initiative, passionate about product
• Vertical mindset with the consumer in mind and able to work under pressure to deliver project in short timeline
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
