We seek a Senior Delivery Manager (m/f/d) to lead Industrial IoT programs, own multi-stakeholder projects, and drive PoC to production while shaping go‑to‑market strategies.

You will collaborate with engineering and research teams, manage budgets and scope, and foster trusted relationships with industry partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of PM experience in a multi‑stakeholder environment with hands‑on development experience in engineering.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Solid experience in an agile setup, focusing on results, with transition from rapid prototypes to production systems, plus testing and release processes.
• Active and efficient use of AI tools in development and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ideas, challenges, and product landscapes with engineering and research teams, and translate them into PoC, prototype, MVP and product visions.
• Plan and structure agile work with a focus on output, stakeholder goals, design-sprints, and iterative development; write user stories and estimate effort.
• Validate ideas from rapid prototypes to production systems and manage go‑to-market activities with stakeholders.

As a Senior Delivery Manager (m/f/d) - Industrial IoT, you drive innovative technology initiatives at the intersection of Industrial IoT, AI, and Automotive. You take ownership of demanding development efforts – from agentic AI systems and modern in-vehicle UX concepts to embedded solutions for intelligent environment perception across the entire mobility sector (on- & off-highway). Together with leading industry partners you bring future technologies onto the road.

Your Role

• Analyzing ideas, challenges, and product landscapes together with our engineering teams and research, and translating them into concrete technical solutions (PoC, prototype, MVP) and product visions
• Planning and structuring agile work with a clear focus on output and stakeholder goals, design-sprints and iterative development, writing user stories, estimating effort together with your teams, and tracking key performance indicators as well as end-to-end controlling, including monitoring budgets, margins, and progress, handling invoicing, and keeping scope and pricing aligned throughout the engagement
• Validate ideas from rapid-cycle prototyping and testing to the transition into stable, real-world production systems
• Facilitating internal and external meetings (e.g. sprint reviews), determining what's best for each product, and managing these requirements with various stakeholders
• Taking an active role in go-to-market activities: building and maintaining long‑lasting relationships, independently managing existing accounts, and starting new engagements
• Motivating your teams, asking the right questions, and involving the relevant stakeholders for the corresponding technical or product decisions

Your Profile

• 4+ years of relevant PM experience in a multi‑stakeholder environment, along with hands‑on development experience in engineering
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Interaction Design, Human Factors Engineering, or a comparable field
• Solid experience in an agile setup, including the methodical design of agile development processes with a focus on results, experience transitioning from rapid prototypes to stable production systems, and in testing, integration, and release processes
• Active and efficient use of AI tools in the development process and go‑to‑market initiatives, along with an interest in trying out new things
• Strong analytical and research skills, a highly independent, structured, and motivating way of working, and the ability to switch between an 80/20 mode and a careful, detail‑oriented mindset as needed
• A confident and friendly manner when interacting with various stakeholders, and business fluency in both German and English
