3pX Group ★ A Sunday Times Best Place to Work is seeking a Senior Databricks Consultant to join their growing Microsoft Data & Cloud boutique. This fully remote role in Germany focuses on Databricks, dbt and Azure, delivering modern data platforms and scalable data pipelines.

You will own engagements end-to-end, advise customers on architecture, and work directly with senior leadership on technically challenging projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Databricks experience.
• Python / PySpark and SQL experience.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and data modelling.
• Based anywhere in Germany.
• Fully remote across Germany.
• Modern Databricks and Azure projects.
• High level of technical ownership.

Responsibilities

I’m working with a growing boutique Microsoft Data & Cloud consultancy that is looking for a Senior Databricks Consultant to join their team.

This is a hands-on consulting role working on modern data platform projects, with a strong focus on Databricks, dbt and Azure.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and implementing modern data platforms using Databricks and Azure
• Building scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows with dbt
• Developing ETL/ELT solutions using Python, PySpark, Spark and SQL
