Xsolla in Berlin seeks a skilled Database Administrator to manage RDBMS and NoSQL solutions, optimize performance, implement replication and high availability, and provide proactive support to development teams. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or related field
• Expert-level experience with at least one MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with other RDBMS or NoSQL solutions
• Strong knowledge of SQL (DDL, DML, DCL)
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Linux
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Nice-to-have: Scripting, automation, and IaC tools (Terraform, Puppet, Bash/Python)
• Team management experience
• Familiarity with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix)
