Praescient Analytics seeks a Senior Data Scientist in Stuttgart, Germany, to leverage advanced quantitative methods and automated Python workflows to deliver deep analytical insights. You will prepare complex datasets, ensure data quality, and build interactive dashboards for mission-focused goals.

You will apply AI/ML models to unstructured data and use ABI tradecraft to solve complex security challenges, while collaborating across teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifikationen

• Active TS/SCI clearance with current SCI eligibility.
• Eligible for Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR 7 years of data science support OR 11 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Proficient Python and automated workflows.
• Experience building dashboards with Tableau/Power BI.

Position Overview:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will leverage advanced quantitative methodologies, machine learning models, and automated Python workflows to deliver deep analytical insights. Working in a collaborative, mission-focused environment, you will prepare complex datasets, perform data quality assurance, build interactive dashboards, and conduct advanced unstructured data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce data cleaning, basic analysis, and preparation for downstream visualization and integration.
• Perform data preprocessing, data integration, routine and complex data quality checks, and assurance.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Apply AI/ML models for unstructured data analysis and integrate automated methodologies.
• Utilize Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and tradecraft, applying hypothesis testing and statistical modeling to solve complex problems.

Mandatory Qualifications (Must Have):

• Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance in DISS with current SCI eligibility.
• Polygraph: Must be eligible for a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• Education & Experience (Must meet ONE of the following):
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Data Science/Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Information Science) from an accredited college/university OR
  • 7 years of experience conducting data science support, with at least a portion of the experience occurring within the last 2 years OR
  • 11 years of specific, relevant experience without a degree.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge and practical experience using Python software and automated methodologies; hands-on experience developing dashboards with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Core Competencies: Knowledge and experience in hypothesis testing, statistical and machine learning, training solutions, communication tradecraft techniques, and utilizing Activity-Based Intelligence (ABI) tools and tradecraft.

Desired Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Prior experience supporting or working within the Intelligence Community (IC).
