Jobtailor is seeking a data analytics professional to support the Safeguards risk-based review selection process and enhance risk models, health score calculations, data fields, scripts, and dashboards.

The role focuses on extracting insights from structured and unstructured data, applying data-driven insights across domains, and presenting results to management and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, data science, or related discipline.
• Experience using scientific methods and systems to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Experience applying data insights across application domains.

Responsibilities

• Support the Safeguards risk-based review selection process.
• Maintain and enhance risk models, health score calculations, data fields, scripts, macros, dashboards, and analytics.
• Identify the most at-risk agency partners and support review prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, data science, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience using scientific methods, processes, algorithms, and systems to extract or extrapolate insights from structured and unstructured data.
• Demonstrated experience applying data insights across application domains.
• Demonstrated experience using automation and scripting techniques.
• Demonstrated experience presenting results to management and non-technical personnel.
• Specialized experience with Tableau, R programming, Python 3, and VBA.
• Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.

Core Competencies

Proficient in data analysis and risk assessment, with a strong ability to utilize automation and scripting techniques to enhance data insights. Experienced in presenting analytical results to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
