DISH is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to shape the architecture and technical direction of our Google Cloud data platform in a global hospitality context. You will enable a team of engineers to deliver reliable, high-quality data products and work closely with the Head of Data Platform, product teams, data scientists, analysts, and engineers across DISH and METRO to drive data-driven decision-making.

• Proven expertise in designing and operating scalable data platforms and distributed data systems in a cloud environment.
• Deep knowledge of data architecture, data modeling, and modern warehouse or lakehouse approaches, with strong Python and SQL skills.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform services such as BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Dataflow, and related technologies.
• Strong experience building data orchestration, transformation, and testing solutions using tools such as Airflow and dbt.
• Demonstrated ability to define technical direction, influence architectural decisions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Working closely with the Head of Data Platform, product teams, data scientists, analysts, and engineers across DISH and METRO, you will build the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the business. This is a highly influential role combining hands‑on engineering, architectural leadership, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

When you meet the requirements of this role, you can expect an annual salary of approximately 80k.
