Jobtailor in Germany is seeking a data engineer to coordinate and deliver cross-department data projects from concept to delivery, ensuring measurable business impact. You will own the maintenance and development of the data platform, including a data catalog and evaluating dbt as a replacement for legacy pipelines.

You will design complex data architectures for self-service analytics and data-driven decision making, and coach junior engineers to strengthen team standards within the Data

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience, including stakeholder and project management in cross-functional environments.
• Strong SQL skills and proven experience with AWS, Redshift, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus.
