We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to take full ownership of a dynamic data platform. In this role, you will architect, build, and maintain end-to-end data infrastructure while driving the technical direction of the data ecosystem. You will partner with a lean, high-impact team to design scalable data models, automate workflows, and implement modern analytics engineering practices. Accountabilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain the end-to-end data platform, including infrastructure, pipelines, and data models.
• Drive the evolution of the data stack, including potential migration to a platform-agnostic data lake.
• Build and scale analytics models using dbt-core to support business intelligence initiatives.
• Design and maintain serverless data extraction pipelines using Python and cloud-based solutions.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code practices with Terraform to automate and standardize operations.
• Act as a strategic partner, contributing to architectural decisions and tooling selection to optimize team effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a data engineer with hands-on experience in building and maintaining data platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL for complex data modeling and transformation.
• Strong experience with dbt-core and a solid understanding of analytics engineering principles.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data infrastructure, preferably AWS (Redshift, S3, Lambda).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience working in a remote-first, cross-functional team environment.
