FINN is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to drive Operations insights and data-driven decisions. You will specialize in advanced analytics for logistics, customer service and risk, building standardized data language and compelling dashboards.

You will collaborate with business, tech and data teams to continuously enhance data processes, leveraging AI-assisted workflows and modern tooling, while supporting growth and efficiency in a dynamic scaleup environment.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics with a focus on Operations.
• Advanced SQL modeling with dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Proficiency in data visualization with Looker (or similar BI tool).
• Proficiency in applying statistical analysis.
• Python skills with strong willingness to learn more.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) into analytics workflow.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

• Be a Domain Expert: As a domain expert, lead in-depth and advanced analysis of Operations data to uncover actionable insights that elevate performance and drive strategic decisions in areas like logistics, customer service, damage management, and risk assessment.
• Own the semantics of Operations data: As the authority on Operations metrics, you ensure a unified data language across the domain. By standardizing key terminology, you enable deeper insights and faster decision-making for accelerated growth and improved operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Craft Compelling Narratives: Transform complex data into visually stunning dashboards, reports and appealing data stories that tell a clear status and allow actionable insights.
• Be a Data Evangelist: Partner with cross-functional business, tech teams and data teams to continuously enhance data processes and tools, ensuring every move is backed by cutting-edge analytics.

Your Profile

• Graduated with a Master’s degree in a quantitative field of study.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics with a focus on Operations Domain at a scaleup.
• Advanced SQL modeling with dbt (Data Build Tool).
• Proficiency in data visualization with Looker (or similar BI tool).
• Proficiency in applying statistical analysis.
• Python skills with strong willingness to learn more.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) into your daily analytics workflow to write code, explore data, and ship work.
• Fluent in English.
