ABOUT THE ROLE

At Talon.One, the CRM & Email Marketing Manager owns how intent data is captured, nurtured, and converted into reliable, predictable pipeline. You will design and execute programs that convert demand, drive urgency, and influence deals, while aligning Marketing, Sales, and RevOps around shared funnel goals.

You’ll take the lead on our email marketing and lifecycle strategy, manage our intent data stack, and drive measurable impact across the entire funnel; from first touch to closed-won.

This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:
  • Own and execute full-funnel growth programs, from multi-channel ABM campaigns to lifecycle email marketing, designed to engage target accounts, nurture intent, and convert demand into pipeline
  • Partner cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and Business Development to align on target lists, messaging, and funnel strategy, ensuring smooth lead progression (MAL → MQL → SQL) and measurable impact on revenue
  • Leverage and optimize intent data tools (e.g. Qualified, HubSpot Intent, Fibbler) to identify high-intent accounts and trigger timely, personalized outreach that drives conversions
  • Design and refine high-performing email programs, including newsletters, nurture sequences, and event follow-ups, continuously testing, segmenting, and personalizing to improve engagement and conversion
  • Champion data-driven decision making by tracking key marketing KPIs (funnel conversion, engagement, ACV impact, pipeline attribution, and list health) and maintaining closed-loop reporting with RevOps
  • Balance demand creation and capture efforts, developing campaigns that build awareness and urgency while influencing deals throughout the customer journey
WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE
  • 6+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience in demand generation, growth, or ABM
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Familiarity with intent data tools (Qualified, 6Sense, DemandBase, etc.) and email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with BI tools such as Looker and performance dashboards
  • Creative problem solver with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience owning both strategy and execution — from ideation to measurable outcomes
