Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Corporate – Legal – Fiduciary - AIF

• Your portfolio will be composed of alternative funds and / or SPV for which you handle the day-to-day corporate-legal administration, from the incorporation to the liquidation / dissolution.
• You are in charge of the corporate follow-up of your clients which includes preparing board and shareholder meetings and drafting the minutes, opening bank accounts, approving the annual accounts and more.
• You are the key point of contact for clients and third parties such as lawyers, notaries, banks and Luxembourg authorities.

• 3 years or more as a corporate officer in a similar environment (fiduciary, PFS, investment firm) in Luxembourg is required, and you have acquired experience with alternative investment funds.
• Your strong language skills in English allow you to maintain fluent contact with your clients. French is considered an additional asset.
• You have a personality that is quite open which will make it easier for you to adapt to a new team and to be welcomed by your colleagues.
• You have acquired a strong level of autonomy on your client portfolio and would therefore be able to quickly adapt to your new files.

• In line with your years of experience but more particularly the autonomy you have acquired, your gross salary can go up to € 78.000 . In addition to this, you will have meal vouchers and an annual bonus.

Of course, as a French cross-border worker or Luxembourgish resident, this location also allows you to avoid a lot of traffic jams. You can also count on a free parking spot .
