Your Job

  • Contribute to and own the continuous improvement of planning, billing, allocation, and reporting processes and systems, including SAP CO, EDWH, Power BI, and related environments
  • Identify structural bottlenecks and key‑person dependencies and establish sustainable deputy, backup, knowledge‑transfer, and succession arrangements for business‑critical processes
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing between Munich and Warsaw teams and contribute to scalable operational delivery models
  • Promote consistent Group‑wide process, control, documentation, and training standards across companies, topics, and locations
  • Support internal alignments and coordination within Global IT Controlling
Your Profile
  • University degree or comparable professional qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in Controlling, IT Finance, Finance Operations, Financial Governance, or a related area
  • Strong understanding of IT cost structures, technology service environments, end‑to‑end IT financial processes, as well as relevant Accounting and Tax implications in an international environment.

  • High organizational maturity, systemic thinking, and commitment to sustainable Group‑wide outcomes
  • Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented approach with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
