About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Content Producer to lead the agenda and speaker curation for our B2B technology conferences provided to our Aurora Live members in Germany. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and innovation , shaping programs that attract senior decision-makers from Germany’s most influential tech-driven companies.

You'll be responsible for researching trends, finding thought leaders, and building strong relationships with C-level executives, policymakers, and innovators from the largest German enterprises.

What You’ll Contribute

• Design conference agendas that reflect the most pressing trends in enterprise tech such as, digital transformation, AI, industry 4.0, sustainability, and cybersecurity.
• Identify, recruit, and secure high-caliber speakers , including C-suite executives, technologists, and thought leaders from Germany’s top companies and institutions.
• Conduct deep market and industry research to inform content strategy.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling narratives and ensure content aligns with the event’s brand and positioning.
• Manage timelines, speaker briefings, and collaboration coordination in the lead-up to the event.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in conference production, content curation, or B2B media (experience with German tech or industrial sectors is a strong plus), with track record on speaker acquisition on high level decision makers.
• Demonstrated success in securing senior speakers (VP / C-level) from leading corporations or public institutions.
• Strong understanding of Germany’s tech and enterprise landscape — including key players in software, industrial tech, mobility, and digital innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with precision and speed.
• A genuine interest in technology, innovation, and business trends.
