Job summary

HPC Hamburg Port Consulting GmbH in Hamburg is seeking a Senior Consultant Terminal Planning to shape port projects and intermodal logistics strategies.

You will design and optimize ports, intermodal facilities, and automation concepts, while collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams. Travel worldwide is expected, with hands-on implementation and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• University degree in logistics, economics, engineering or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of experience in port, intermodal and logistics industry, especially planning and optimisation.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis, business cases and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in project management and initial process optimisation.
• Experience with automation projects is beneficial.
• Independent, analytical and customer-focused approach with strong communication.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
