Design the application using Redwood and modify Redwood pages; implement Oracle Engagement Cloud per team design; own development from definition to delivery and contribute as both mentor and individual contributor.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience implementing Oracle CX / Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems.
• Experience implementing CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) including Redwood UI and Visual Builder.
• Knowledge of modules such as Sales Planning/Forecasting, Service requests, Sales Territories, BI/Dashboards, and integrations.
• Strong coding skills with JSON/JavaScript and problem solving.
• Certification in Oracle Redwood Development is a great plus.

Job Summary

Apex IT India is seeking an Oracle EngagementCloudconsultant with Redwood (NGS) user experience. Candidates should be team players willing to cross-train and obtain certifications.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Designing the application using Redwood andmodifyingthe Redwood pages.

• Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud per the design provided by the Team Leader.

• Own development responsibility from definition through delivery.

• Exhibitstrong designand development skills.

• Adapt to creating business process models based on client requirements.

• Orientation to contribute both as a mentor and an individual contributor.

• Strong troubleshooting and groovy coding skills.

Competency (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• 4+ years of experience implementing ‘Oracle EngagementCloud’ / ‘Oracle Sales Cloud’ CRM systems.

• Experience implementing all CX UIs (Web, Outlook, Mobile) with some experience implementing Redwood UI, including a responsive UI and Visual builder.

• Experience/knowledge of functional modules like Sales Planning and Forecasting, Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities, Sales Territories, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Mobile and Outlook integration, and File Import.

• Good experiencein visualbuilderin creating Extensions, Action chains, Event Listeners, JSON, and JavaScript.

• Certification in Oracle Redwood Development is a great plus.

• Experience with any other Oracle cloud like CPQ, or OIC is an added advantage.

• Strong programming skills and the ability to review complex code bases others write.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to research, follow up, and resolve complex problems.

• Ability to understand, analyze, and solve explicit and implicit requirements.

Position Type and expected work hours

Full-time/Permanent and40 hoursper week.

Required Education and Experience

Any Graduate with a minimum of3+ years of relevant experience in Oracle CX (mandatory)
