Siemens Advanta is seeking a Senior Consultant in Agentic & Artificial Intelligence (f/m/d) to advance AI initiatives within our AI & NT practice. You will lead cross-functional teams, design agentic systems, and translate complex business needs into scalable AI solutions for industrial settings.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related field with a strong data science focus.
• Proven experience building and deploying GenAI applications and with agentic AI frameworks to create/integrate AI agents.
• 3+ years of consulting, industrial or tech experience with data and AI and a track record of excellence.
• Hands-on AI experience in business/industrial data and IT/OT architecture knowledge.
• English communication and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.

Your role as a senior consultant in Artificial Intelligence

As senior consultants in AI and new Technologies we deliver value reaching from concepts and strategies to code, proof of values and productive solutions. We are looking for senior consultants that build on a foundation of genAI and agentic systems and provide a skill spike in either Data Science or Industrial AI, and are passionate about applying AI to solve real-world operational challenges.

• Shape the development of cross-functional projects with consultants, domain experts, and clients to design and implement agentic systems and solve complex industrial challenges. You will take ownership, develop and architect solutions that leverage foundation models and multi-agent frameworks to advance our customers’ AI Strategy and processes.
• Lead client conversations and translate complex operational and business requirements into project approaches and technical solutions
• Develop production-grade code and implement AI solutions, collaborating with third‑party developers to program reliable and scalable features in OT & IT integrated environments. Help design the overall architecture for enterprise and industrial AI solutions.
• Communicate results to stakeholders of all seniority levels – from top management to plant operators & end users – ensuring clear understanding of AI's impact on industrial and enterprise processes.
• Act as a key innovator and thought leader in our practice, prototyping novel solutions that demonstrate the transformative power of agentic and AI technologies.
• Enjoy project-related travel and work on exciting challenges at our customer’s sites.
  

Your defining qualities

• Education: Outstanding academic degree (Master's/Diploma/PhD) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields, complemented by a strong specialization in Data Science, Machine Learning or Data Engineering
• Hard-Skills: Proven experience in building and deploying GenAI applications and with one or more agentic AI frameworks (e.g., Google ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agents SDK) to create and integrate AI agent. Proficiency in Python for data analytics, automation, and AI development and Cloud Platform expertise (focus: Azure, incl. Microsoft Foundry). Knowledge of Data Warehousing & Engineering (focus: Snowflake & dbt)
• Experience: 3+ years of work relevant work experience in a consultancy, a renowned industrial or tech company, or a start-up and a proven track record of excellence in consulting, customer facing and with data and AI in relevant domains.
• Domain: Hands-on experience and demonstrated ownership with AI applied to business or industrial data (e.g., time series, process optimization, document intelligence) and IT/OT architecture experience and knowledge of industrial standards
• Personality: Strong drive, entrepreneurial and innovation mindset ready to take responsibility and ownership in a growing organization. A high degree of curiosity and willingness to learn, social skills and team spirit as well as communication skills in English
