• 2+ years of experience in management consulting delivering transformation and operational improvement projects across manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering environments.
• University degree in engineering, business administration, economics, or a comparable field.
• Understanding of operational processes, continuous improvement methodologies and transformation initiatives in industrial environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with different stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English language skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client and project needs.
