As Senior Construction Project Manager Germany, you drive our expansion by delivering new KFC restaurants across the country. From first site assessment to grand opening — you own it all.

You manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery — on time, on budget, and fully compliant.

In short, you will:

• Lead end-to-end construction projects across Germany
• Manage planning, budgeting, tendering and execution
• Coordinate contractors, consultants and stakeholders
• Safeguard timelines, costs, quality and H&S standards
• Drive cost efficiencies and smart procurement
• Act as the key point of contact for all stakeholders
• Support and coach junior colleagues

You’re an experienced project leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and knows how to get things done.

• 8–10+ years in construction project management
• Experience in retail, QSR, hospitality or commercial builds
• Proven track record in multi-site rollouts
• Strong knowledge of German construction & regulations
• Degree in a relevant field
