Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned construction cost professional to research, develop, validate, and maintain discipline-specific cost data for new construction, renovation, maintenance, and lifecycle costs. You will work with subject matter experts and coordinate cross-team efforts to unify cost data, ensuring that cost data reflects realistic material, equipment, and labor costs.

Emerging trends and technology should be implemented to keep data current and actionable.

Qualifikationen

• Must have bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10‑years’ experience (or 15 years of experience without a degree).
• Experience in construction cost estimating and field experience in one or more disciplines (including civil, plumbing, electrical and HVAC).
• Expert‑level knowledge of practices, equipment and materials used in construction.
• Good writing skills, good verbal communication skills, and attention to detail; and work well independently and collaboratively.
• Able to work in Windows based and Cloud‑based software programs.
