Zusammenfassung

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Compiler Engineer in Germany (Hybrid) to help define a new compiler stack for a next-gen hardware platform. You will work with compiler engineers, architects and hardware teams to shape software and hardware.

Responsibilities include developing MLIR dialects, optimisation passes, and code generation; hardware/software co-design; performance tuning; and influencing compiler architecture from day one. Proficiency in LLVM/MLIR and modern C++ is valued.

Senior Compiler Engineer – Germany (Hybrid)

I'm working with a well-funded European deep-tech company in Germany developing a completely new computing architecture designed to dramatically improve the performance and energy efficiency of AI workloads. Rather than relying on traditional silicon, they're building a next‑generation hardware platform that requires an entirely new compiler stack to unlock its full potential.

As a Senior Compiler Engineer, you'll play a key role in defining that software stack from the ground up, working alongside compiler engineers, computer architects and hardware teams to shape both the compiler and the underlying hardware.

• Developing MLIR dialects, optimisation passes and code generation
• Hardware/software co-design with architecture and ASIC teams
