As an Associate Director of Finance - Europe (FTC) at Linesight, you will lead highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. In this role you will:

  • Oversee and coordinate the monthly revenue review process for the European team.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders of the business based on financial analysis
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with financial goals
  • Work in close partnership with the wider finance functions including the financial reporting, treasury and tax teams as part of the month end review process and other ad hoc business matters, incl. any new country/office proposals
  • Provide review and approval of new bids, business plans, tenders.
  • Drive the budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.

We would love to ear from you if you:

  • Are a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • Are analytical, commercially astute, and comfortable translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Have proven experience producing budgets, forecasts, and management accounts for multi-entity operations.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
