Senior Cabin Crew Member (m/f/d) – Based in Cologne or Berlin

What You’ll Be Doing
As a senior cabin crew member, you lead the cabin experience from start to finish, ensuring safety, service and teamwork at every moment of the flight.
- Welcome passengers with genuine professionalism, handling all phases from boarding to farewell.
- Lead and coordinate the cabin crew team during flight operations, ensuring seamless teamwork.
- Own cabin safety and service delivery, guaranteeing compliance with all EASA regulations.
- Collaborate with cockpit crews to create a smooth and coordinated flight experience.
- Manage quality standards and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Complete post‑flight reporting and administrative duties to maintain operational efficiency.
What You Bring to the Table
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA ORO.CC.120) and SCCM training certificate (EASA ORO.CC.200).
- Proven experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or comparable aviation leadership role.
- Valid medical certificate and current negative drug screening result.
- Valid hygiene training in line with EU Regulation 852/2004.
- Minimum age 21 and height 1.60m.
- Business‑fluent English; German or other foreign languages are a strong plus.
- Ability to reach the assigned base within 90minutes when on call.
- Resilience under pressure, genuine service mindset and uncompromising commitment to safety.
- Solid IT skills and access to a tablet or PC for flight service preparation.
- Unrestricted passport; non‑EU citizens must hold a valid residence and work permit.
- Polished, well‑groomed appearance and a personable attitude that comforts passengers and colleagues.
