Zusammenfassung

Intersnack is seeking a Business Transformation Advisor to independently lead sub‑projects within the Transformation Management department in Germany. You will drive ERP planning improvements, develop functional specifications, and optimize procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes.

You will manage cross‑functional teams, validate and test solutions, and mentor junior staff while traveling about four days a week.

Qualifikationen

• University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields.
• Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting.
• ERP configuration experience in planning-related areas (Supply Planning, Scheduling, MRP, Procurement/MM).
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing new processes or IT solutions.
• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups.
