Market Logic Software is seeking a Senior Business Insights & Controlling professional to lead financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and cash flow management. You will provide critical financial insights for management and drive automation across the finance function.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize performance, strengthen controls, and enable data-driven decisions for a growing SaaS business.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• 5+ years of controlling experience.
• Strong reporting and forecasting expertise.
• Experience with AI-enabled finance tools and process automation.
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

About the Position

The Senior Business insights & Controlling is a key position within the Finance function, responsible for financial reporting, planning and forecasting, cash flow management, business performance analysis, and finance process optimisation. The role provides critical financial insights to management, supports strategic decision-making, ensures robust financial controls, and drives automation initiatives across the finance organisation

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting Business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Providing financial insights and performance analysis to business leaders
• Managing cash flow forecasting and working capital optimisation
• Monitoring and reporting SaaS KPIs, including NRR, GRR, CAC, CLTV, and Rule of 40
• Driving finance systems improvements, automation, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities
• Strengthening internal controls and ensuring financial governance and compliance
• Supporting strategic decision-making through financial modelling and analysis
• Working cross-functionally with leadership, business teams, and external stakeholders

Requirements:

Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, 5+ years of controlling experience, strong reporting and forecasting expertise, advanced financial systems and Excel skills, experience with AI-enabled finance tools and process automation, familiarity with SaaS metrics, and excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
