A leading sustainability solutions provider in Berlin is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive the SimaPro solutions into the French market. This full-time position combines hunting, consultative selling, and closing, requiring fluency in French and English, a degree, and experience in B2B Sales. The successful candidate will engage prospects, tailor solutions, and contribute to market strategies, all while working in a dynamic, international environment with a focus on sustainability.

As our Senior Business Development Manager, you will bring SimaPro solutions to the French market and help leading companies turn sustainability ambition into action.
Get to know your team
You will join a team of 3 Business Development Managers and an inside sales representative who collaborate closely with consultants, product managers, and partners. Together, we work to identify new opportunities, support clients in their sustainability journey, and scale game‑changing software solutions. You will be responsible for new ARR from both inbound and outbound. This role reports to the Sales & Business Development Team Lead.
Your role as our Senior Business Development Manager
This full‑time (40 hours) role combines hunting, consultative selling and closing. Your focus will be on customers in France, across industries such as medical/pharma, consumer goods, tech‑engineering, foods & beverages and chemicals. This is partially an outbound sales role, focused on engaging with both existing and potential customers to expand our market presence.
This full‑time, permanent position is available on a remote basis for candidates based in Western Europe.
