Gulp Ag in Germany is seeking an experienced Business Continuity Manager to strengthen BCM processes and ensure resilient IT services in a dynamic telecom and IT environment.

You will lead BIA planning, define RTO/RPO, and collaborate with the CISO and governance teams to implement restart concepts and emergency plans, while maintaining thorough documentation and preparation for audits.

Competenze

• 2–5 years BCM and IT governance experience.
• Strong BIA knowledge and RTO/RPO definitions.
• Proven restart concepts and emergency plans.
• German language skills at C2 level.
• ISO 22301 or BSI 200-4 familiarity is a plus.
• Structured, documentation-focused work style.

Responsibilities

Further development and quality assurance of BCM processes and work instructions; definition of methodological and procedural governance guidelines; ensuring a consistent documentation structure and conducting reports; regular planning and execution of business impact analyses; identification and evaluation of critical business processes and IT resources; serving as a liaison between emergency management, CISO, and governance units; preparation and support of internal and external audits; and moderation of workshops for coordination with relevant departments.

• At least 2 to 5 years of demonstrable practical experience in the field of BCM and IT governance
• Sound methodological knowledge in Business Impact Analyses (BIA) as well as RTO and RPO definitions.
• Secure creation of restart concepts and company-wide emergency plans
• German language skills at C2 level for professional stakeholder communication
• Knowledge of common standards such as ISO 22301 or BSI 200-4 is an advantage.
