Aether Biomedical is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery for a content automation initiative in Germany. You will partner with investor relations, marketing, compliance, data, and technology teams to design scalable automation for content production and approval workflows.

• Experience as a business analyst in a business facing environment.
• Ability to work directly with investor relations, marketing, compliance, data, and technology stakeholders.
• Knowledge of private equity and investor relations materials such as pitchbooks, fund factsheets, LP reporting, fundraising materials, and performance reporting.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications including workflows and data mappings.
• Understanding of content automation platforms and dynamic template configuration.
• Experience with Seismic, LiveDocs, or similar content enablement tools.
• Experience working with offshore delivery teams and managing handoffs.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy, compliance, and quality control.
• Ability to document processes clearly and support validation and testing activities.

You will work in a cross functional team consisting of business analysts, platform specialists, developers, and stakeholders from investor relations, marketing, compliance, and data management. The team collaborates closely with offshore delivery resources and operates in an iterative, delivery focused environment.
