Omaze is expanding in Germany and seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their new Business & Commercial Analytics function. The role focuses on understanding and growing Omaze's commercial performance through analytics. You will be responsible for developing customer insights, drive commercial analytics, and improve retention strategies across web and mobile experiences.
The ideal candidate will have over 3 years’ experience in Analytics, strong SQL and Python skills, and excellent communication in both German and English. The position is permanent, full-time, with a hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
Omaze is reinventing fundraising by offering people the chance to win once-in-a-lifetime prizes while raising millions for charities around the world. Since launching in the UK in 2020, we’ve become one of the fastest-growing companies in the country and now, we’re scaling our impact across Europe. We launched in Germany in June 2025 with ambitious growth goals and a clear mission: raise significant funds for local charities while delivering unforgettable experiences to our customers. In the UK alone, we’ve raised nearly £100 million for charity, and created over 40 new millionaires.
Now, we’re building a standout team in Germany – and we need your help to do it.
This is a cornerstone hire for a brand‑new Business & Commercial Analytics function. As a Senior Business Analyst at Omaze, you will be a key member of Omaze’s lean data function. Reporting into the VP, Head of Data and Analytics, you’ll be the analytical engine behind how Omaze understands and grows its commercial performance, owning day‑to‑day business and commercial analytics across Omaze’s German business, supporting pricing, marketing, and growth. You will work hands‑on every day, partnering directly with senior leaders across our German and UK teams, creating a unified 360‑degree view of our customers, interrogating subscription and pay‑as‑you‑go (PAYG) behaviour, and turning complex data into clear, confident commercial decisions.
You will also set the bar, the methods we trust, the metrics we agree on, and the pitfalls we never repeat. Turning cohort retention curves and survival models into clear views on which behaviours, segments and journeys drive durable value will be your day‑to‑day, and building advanced behavioural segmentation that the company can act on is how you will drive significant value across the company. It’s a high‑visibility role with ownership and freedom to shape how commercial analytics is done at Omaze in Germany.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with commercial curiosity and the ability to influence decisions through data.
We actively seek out diversity of thought and experience to drive innovation. We welcome all backgrounds, identities, and perspectives and work hard to ensure that every Omaze employee can bring their authentic self to work at all times.
