Omaze is building a standout Germany team and seeks a Public Relationship Manager to shape how we are seen in the market. You’ll partner with the local leadership to craft PR strategy and campaigns that raise awareness, trust and excitement around the Omaze brand and charitable impact.

You’ll develop compelling stories around winners, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and deliver campaigns across earned media.

• Significant experience in public relations, corporate communications or brand communications.
• Excellent written and verbal German and English skills.
• Experience working in Germany with strong media landscape knowledge.
• Strong relationships with journalists across consumer, lifestyle, business and national media.

About The Job

As our Public Relationship Manager for Germany, you'll shape how Omaze is seen across one of our most exciting growth markets. You'll partner with our local leadership team to shape our public relations strategy, building awareness, trust and excitement around the Omaze brand, our luxury house draws and the incredible charitable impact we create together with our community.

You'll develop compelling stories around our winners, build strong relationships with journalists, influencers and key stakeholders, and deliver campaigns that generate high-quality earned media. Working closely with Marketing, Brand, Social, Creative and Charity Partnerships, you'll ensure every campaign reaches the widest possible audience and strengthens Omaze's reputation in Germany.

What You’ll Be Doing

Develop our PR strategy

• Further develop and own our Omaze Germany's PR and communications strategy.
• Create integrated communications plans that support business, brand and commercial objectives.
• Identify opportunities to position Omaze as an innovative entertainment and purpose-driven brand.

Deliver standout campaigns

• Lead PR activity for house launches, winner stories, charity partnerships and corporate announcements for national and local audiences.
• Develop engaging press materials, media pitches, thought leadership and executive communications.
• Work closely with Creative and Marketing teams to maximise campaign impact across earned, owned and shared channels.

Build strong media relationships

• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with national, regional and lifestyle media across Germany.
• Proactively secure high-quality media coverage and manage incoming press enquiries.
• Identify opportunities with influencers, creators and brand ambassadors where appropriate.

Protect and strengthen our reputation

• Monitor media coverage, sentiment and emerging issues.
• Support crisis communications planning and execution when required.
• Ensure messaging remains consistent, accurate and aligned across all communications.

Measure success

• Track PR performance using meaningful KPIs including reach, quality of coverage, share of voice and brand sentiment.
• Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to improve future campaigns.

About You

You’ll be an experienced communications professional who knows how to turn great stories into national headlines.

• Significant experience in public relations, corporate communications or brand communications, preferably in a D2C type environment.
• A proactive, creative and highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in Germany with an excellent understanding of the German media landscape.
• Strong relationships with journalists across consumer, lifestyle, business and national media.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
• Experience developing integrated PR campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
• Excellent judgement, particularly when managing sensitive or fast-moving communications.
• A proactive, creative and highly organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A passion for storytelling, purpose-driven brands and creating work that makes a positive impact.

• Office Policy: 3 days in person, 2 days at home each week.
• Contract type: Permanent, full time.
