Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting :

Senior Billing Officer

Your role :

• Preparing client invoices in collaboration with the different Business Units;
• Following up on outstanding invoices;
• Managing the recording of working hours from operational teams;
• Participating in monthly and annual closings;
• Maintaining specific files and performing ad hoc analyses;
• Managing services and billing rules within the ERP system;
• Providing explanations and support to Business Units on all matters related to client invoicing;
• Preparing credit notes when required;
• Oversight of client data integrity and maintenance
• Ensuring deadlines are met throughout the invoice validation process.

Your profile :

• You hold a higher education degree (Bac+2 / 3 or equivalent) in Accounting or Management;
• You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Data processing skills are considered an asset;
• You are fluent in English or French (any additional language is an advantage);
• You are organized, proactive, methodical, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset;
• You can take ownership of individual tasks and work collaboratively as part of a team;
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• You possess solid technical skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
