The Role

As a Senior BI Analyst, you’ll play a central role in enabling data-driven care and operational excellence across our Germany business. You’ll be embedded within the Business Intelligence & Data team, partnering with cross‑functional teams to develop powerful models, dashboards, and insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain high-quality dashboards and analytics to support German operations
• Build scalable models in dbt aligned to our enterprise data model
• Lead deep-dive analyses and deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
• Champion best practices in data storytelling, self-service BI, and standardisation
• Contribute to OKRs and transformation initiatives that advance our mission

About You

• Fluent in SQL with strong analytical thinking
• Hands-on experience with dbt and tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Skilled at translating data into narratives for non-technical audiences
• Proactive, results-driven, and collaborative
• Fluent in English; German language is a plus but not essential
• Likely have a degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering) or equivalent hands‑on experience. Certifications in BI tools or cloud platforms are a plus.
