Avelios is hiring a (Senior) Backend Engineer to help build secure, scalable backend infrastructure for clinical environments. You will join our core development team, shaping services, performance, and best practices in a fast-growing healthcare tech startup.

You will design and maintain critical infrastructure, collaborate across disciplines, and contribute to the long-term value of our platform. Fluency in English is expected, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Business Informatics, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in at least one of Java, C++, or Rust is required.
• Demonstrated coding experience – GitHub contributions or personal projects are a plus.

THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a (Senior) Backend Engineer (all genders), you'll help build the robust, secure infrastructure that powers our platform in clinical environments. You'll be part of our core development team, designing scalable services, optimizing performance, and applying best practices in backend engineering to help deliver real impact in healthcare.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate closely with our core development team to build secure and reliable backend services

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
