BEUMER Group sucht eine/n Senior Backend Developer (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf C#/.NET und Java. Sie verbinden hands-on Software-Entwicklung mit technischer Führung, treiben die Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen voran und unterstützen Entscheidungen auf Architektur- und Teamebene.

Sie arbeiten an AI-gestützten Software-Engineering-Praktiken, coachen Kollegen und gestalten den technischen Kurs des Unternehmens mit. Eine ROLE mit hoher Eigenverantwortung in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik oder vergleichbare pragmatische Erfahrung.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Software-Designprinzipien und Architekturmuster.
• Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und cross-funktionaler Zusammenarbeit.
• Stark in Schätzung, Prototyping, technischer Entscheidungsfindung.
• Erfahrung in der Evaluierung KI-gesteuerter Entwicklungstools und deren Anwendung.

Aufgaben

• Systementwürfe in Module, Schnittstellen und Implementierung aufteilen.
• Führung der Entwicklung neuer Features, ggf. Teams leiten.
• Qualität durch Architektur-Reviews und Coding-Standards sichern.
• Analyse, Design, Prototyping, Validierung neuer Produktideen.
• Opportunitäten zur Optimierung erkennen und Prozesse verbessern.

Your Role

As a Senior Backend Developer (m/f/d) C# | Java, you combine hands-on software development with technical leadership. You drive the development of innovative software solutions, support technical decision-making, mentor colleagues, and help advance AI-enabled software engineering practices across the organization.

Your Responsibilities

• Break down system designs into modules, interfaces, and implementation tasks to ensure efficient development and delivery
• Lead the development of new software features and functionalities, independently or by guiding small development teams
• Drive software quality through architecture reviews, peer reviews, coding standards, and best practices
• Analyze, design, estimate, prototype, and validate new product ideas and technical solutions
• Identify opportunities for optimization and continuously improve products, processes, and development practices
• Serve as a technical mentor, sharing knowledge and supporting the growth of other developers
• Evaluate and implement modern AI tools and agent frameworks to enhance software development workflows and productivity
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different functions and promote innovative, AI-driven approaches to solve complex challenges faster and more effectively

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Several years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software solutions
• Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and modern development practices
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
• Solid skills in software estimation, prototyping, technical decision-making, and solution architecture
• Experience evaluating AI-powered development tools and applying AI technologies to improve software engineering processes
• Knowledge of agent-based AI frameworks and their application within software development environments is highly desirable
• Strong communication, mentoring, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset
