Solactive AG in Frankfurt am Main is seeking a Product Senior Associate / Vice President for Complex Markets Solutions to develop and optimize index-related tools and processes. You will onboard and maintain quantitative models across derivatives, FX, equities, and fixed income for our global clients.

The role requires strong Python skills, at least 3 years in finance, and fluency in English in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Academic degree in (Quantitative) Finance, Financial Engineering, Information Technologies or similar.
• Solid knowledge in capital markets.
• At least 3 years of experience in the financial industry.
• Proven programming skills in Python.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Experience with Reuters, FactSet or Bloomberg would be a plus.
• Team-orientation and strong sense of responsibility and accuracy.
• Self-driven, organized and innovative approach to work.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Our Application

  Screening Call

  The screening / introduction round is focus on assessment of a candidate's basic qualifications and determine whether (s)he is a good fit for the role and the company.

  Meeting the team

  The team round is focused on the candidate’s subject-matter know-how and abilities. The interviewer will ask questions specific to the job and the candidate’s prior experience. The candidate will be expected to provide specific examples to demonstrate his/her subject-matterknowledge.

  This one is an optional round, primarily targeted towards technical roles such as developers, that aims to filter out unfit candidates based on their coding skills.
  As part of the optional task round, the candidate will be given a home task to solve within a specified timeline, which they will need to complete and send back to the hiring team for evaluation.

  The management round is the opportunity for the candidate to show qualifications and motivation for the role, from a strategic company-fit point of view.
