Zusammenfassung

THG Beauty in Germany is seeking a Senior Assistant Merchandiser to support stock planning and KPI-driven performance. You will assist in managing intake, stock profiles, and react to trade signals to drive profit.

Reporting to Merchandising Manager, you will develop reporting, collaborate with buying, marketing and trading teams, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring availability of best sellers.

• Well organised and self motivated, able to hit deadlines.
• Some management experience and strong ability to work as part of a team.
• Must have strong IT skills – Excel proficient.
• Min 1-year experience in a similar role.
• Focused on solutions and fast resolution.
• Good commercial awareness.
• Ability to form strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritise and structure work in a fast paced environment.
• Highly numerate and analytical, competent working with large volumes of data, using this to make informed decisions.

Aufgaben

• WSSI management to include risk mitigation and maximise opportunities.
• Special project management in conjunction with Merchandising Manager.
• Recommends re buys as necessary, reviewing under and overstocks with suggested actions to maintain optimum stock health.
• Analyses best and worst sellers making informed recommendations for action.
• Supports the MA in managing the end to end critical path and helping to resolve inbound issues, liaising with suppliers, supply chain and buyers to problem solve
• Escalate and highlight critical path opportunities or concerns to line manager.
• Attending brand meetings when required and build strong influential relationships.
• Building collaborative working relationships with buying, marketing and trading counterparts to ensure department strategy is realised.
• Supporting the Merchandising Manager and Head of Merchandising with excel reporting and preparation, analysis, and overseeing general housekeeping duties.
• Managing the progression and development of the Admin Assistant.
• Proactively analyse sales data and trends to ensure high customer valued products are always available whilst working within target cover levels
