THG is seeking a Finance Systems Data Assistant to join Central Functions. You will create, amend and maintain Master Data records across suppliers and customers, ensuring accuracy and alignment with group procedures and audits.

You will handle data management, bank detail verifications, system imports, day-to-day queries, and training new recruits, with strong Excel, data analytics and stakeholder engagement.

Why be a Finance Systems Data Assistant at THG?

Reporting into the Finance Systems Manager, the Finance Systems Data Assistant will be a subject matter expert for creating, amending and maintaining Master Data records in a timely and efficient manner. They will executethe process in line with the Group procedures and according to the internal and external audit requirements.They should possess strong analytical and attention to detail skills to assess data quality/integrity and support continuous improvement in ways of working for the team and suggest improvements to business and data processes.

• Bank Detail Verifications, verbally & through banking portals
• Data Management/Maintenance, Including System Imports
• Day to Day Query Management Including Mailboxes
• Training & Upskilling New Recruits
• User Data Management in Procurement System
• Data Reporting

• Background working with large sets of data & a good working knowledge of excel.
• Presenting to internal stakeholders & buildings relationships.
• Interest in aspects of finance & business controls.
• Self-starter who is keen to learn and expand finance & business knowledge.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
