Arrow Capital Partners is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a nationwide logistics and light industrial portfolio. This role is not a caretaker position; you’ll run the show on your patch, driving leasing, shaping business plans, and identifying value-add angles that move returns for investors.

You’ll join a commercially minded team that moves quickly, offers real ownership from day one, and collaborates with our Finance and Funds Management teams in Germany and London.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record in asset management of logistics and light industrial real estate.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Comfort with leasing negotiations, technical advisors and property management systems (Yardi or similar).
• Commercial, analytical mindset with ability to advocate for recommendations.
• ESG track record you can point to, not just talk about.
• Energy to work hands-on across acquisitions, developments and the existing book.

Aufgaben

• A nationwide portfolio of logistics and light industrial assets (excluding NRW & Hessen).
• Leasing on new acquisitions and developments.
• Property manager relationships and third-party service providers.
• Business plans, capex programmes and repositioning initiatives that drive performance.
• ESG strategy and reporting for the German platform, feeding into our European ESG agenda.
• Client, lender and fund reporting, working with Finance and Funds Management teams in Germany and London.

This isn't a caretaker role. You'll run the show on your patch: driving leasing, shaping business plans, and finding the value-add angles that move returns for our investors. You'll be part of a commercially minded, entrepreneurial team that moves quickly, backs good judgement, and gives people real ownership from day one.

What you'll own:

• A nationwide portfolio of logistics and light industrial assets (excluding NRW & Hessen)
• Leasing on new acquisitions and developments
• Property manager relationships and third-party service providers
• Business plans, capex programmes and repositioning initiatives that drive performance
• ESG strategy and reporting for the German platform, feeding into our European ESG agenda
• Client, lender and fund reporting, working closely with our Finance and Funds Management teams in Germany and London
