Job summary

Kettle, a creative agency delivering innovative digital products and experiences for clients, seeks a design leader to drive distinctive, forward-thinking digital design solutions that exceed goals.

You will confidently communicate complex design concepts to internal teams and senior clients, champion agile design processes, and establish best practices across the organization in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with on-site stints and remote work elsewhere.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in digital design and art direction, with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional partners.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and Figma; Sketch is a plus.
