Jobtailor GmbH in Köln seeks an experienced architect or civil engineer to lead and manage complex development and construction projects across office, hotel, residential and industrial use categories.

The role involves preparing analyses to secure development rights, supporting projects from initiation, and acting as project controller and owner’s representative through planning, procurement, execution and handover. German and English proficiency is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level degree in architecture or civil engineering.
• 7+ years of professional experience in planning/development, construction, project management or development.
• Experience organizing, preparing and executing construction projects across multiple use categories.
• Good knowledge of HOAI, VOB and DIN standards.
• Experience with cost and schedule control software such as MS Project, iTWO, Coor.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
• Interest in independently building and maintaining client relationships.
• High level of initiative and quality awareness.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.

Aufgaben

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in planning / securing development rights, construction and project management and/or project development
• Solid experience in organizing, preparing and executing construction projects across various use categories
• Good knowledge of applicable regulations (HOAI, VOB) and standards (DIN)
• Experience using cost and schedule control software such as MS Project, iTWO, Coor
• Very good Microsoft Office skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English
• Interest in independently building and maintaining client relationships
• High level of initiative and quality awareness
• Strong team and communication skills as well as a service-oriented approach
