Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an architect to oversee conceptual, approval, execution and detailed planning for industrial and commercial construction projects in NRW. The role covers preparation of tender documents and coordination of architectural and engineering services, delivering planning services per HOAI (LPH 1–5) with attention to budget, quality and deadlines.

We expect a degree in Architecture and 3–5 years of relevant experience, plus knowledge of construction standards, MS Office and ideally

• Degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction technical standards and regulations.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Strong team and communication skills and a conscientious working style.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial or commercial construction.
• Knowledge of construction technical standards and regulations.
• Solid skills in MS Office; ideally experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Revit.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Strong team and communication skills and a conscientious working style.
