This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement innovative architectural solutions while managing the product evolution.

Ideal candidates will have significant project experience in Germany, particularly in residential buildings, and proficiency in Revit and other relevant tools. The position offers flexible working arrangements, including remote options, and a variety of attractive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of project experience in project stage LP5 in Germany.
• Experience with residential buildings of building class 4 and 5.
• Proficient in relevant German regulations and codes.
• Background in timber construction.
• Familiar with Revit software.
• Fluency in German and English.

About the Role

The Building Systems Team designs the GROPYUS building system and enables project realisation by connecting physical and digital products and processes.

The Architecture Interior Design Team within BST comprises architects, interior designers, BIM and parametric design experts. As part of the team, you will be involved in Product Development, Value Chain and Construction Project Development Processes in close collaboration with the other teams in BST (Drafting, Integrated Engineering and Building Technologies), as well as other Departments across GROPYUS.

About the Position

• Implementation of state‑of‑the‑art architectural and technical solutions in our timber residential Building Product
• Constant and controlled evolution of the Product within the Series‑and Change Management
• Coordination with design disciplines like Engineering, MEP, Building Physics, Acoustics, Fire Protection, and Energy Design
• Contribute to the improvement of our Digital Value Chain in close collaboration with the Product and Technology Teams
• Design for user centricity, DfMA, sustainability, and cost

About You

• Project experience in project stage LP5 in Germany (minimum 3 years)
• Experience in residential buildings of building class 4 and/or 5
• Proficiency in relevant German regulations and codes
• Experience in timber construction
• Experience in Revit
• Experience in AutoCAD and Rhino is a plus
• Fluent German and English skills
