A sports technology company in Munich is seeking a Senior Application Engineer to lead their ServiceNow implementation efforts. You will utilize your expertise in ServiceNow to configure workflows, integrate systems, and mentor team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, advanced scripting skills, and relevant certifications. The role offers a hybrid work environment with opportunities for continuous learning and career growth.
You will become a key member of a cross‑functional global team which supports corporate infrastructure and product engineering. Sportradar is focusing heavily on automation self‑service and high availability services. Therefore we are searching for a new team member who drives technical excellence vital for our application and infrastructure evolution.
The Senior Application Engineer is responsible for driving forward our ServiceNow implementation programme. The role covers configuration workflow management and custom development on the platform as well as working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and transition them into scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
We do not expect you to have knowledge of all these technologies but hope you want to learn!

Initial Screening: A quick chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner to understand your background and expectations.
Two Technical Interviews: Meet with the Technical team and later with the Hiring Manager to dive into your solution as well as discuss team fit.
Onsite Interview (if not organized on prior interview stages): Meet with the local team and take a tour of our office for a final meet‑and‑greet.
