You will work on complex projects, collaborate with sales and product management, and deliver customer-specific technologies in a fast-growing organization. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, cross‑functional teamwork, and the ability to coach others as the team expands.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required in mechanical, electrical, or materials science.
• Several years of project work or project management experience.
• Analytical mindset with cross-department collaboration.
• Fluent German and English.

Responsibilities

• Work on complex adhesive bonding tasks across markets.
• Develop customer-specific process solutions.
• Provide technical advice to customers in Germany and abroad.
• Implement technologies in manufacturing processes with sales and product management.
• Conduct feasibility studies and derive conclusions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expand expertise.
• In the future, lead team and allocate resources.

Tasks

• You will work on complex adhesive bonding tasks from a variety of markets.
• You will develop customer-specific solutions, including process integration.
• You will provide technical advice to our demanding customers in Germany and abroad.
• You will implement technologies in the manufacturing process of the respective customer in cooperation with sales and product management.
• You will conduct feasibility studies and derive the necessary conclusions
• You will be familiar with the current state of the art and continue to expand your technical expertise
• In the future, you will take on personnel management within the team and be responsible for task allocation, including resource allocation

Skills

• Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, materials science, or similar.
• Several years of professional experience in project work and/or project management of technical products requiring explanation
• Analytical and cross-departmental mindset as well as very good organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for the engineering development of process solutions, initiative and ability to work in a team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
