WSCAD GmbH in Germany is seeking a Senior AI Systems Engineer to help build AI-native engineering platforms. You will work on LLM production pipelines, evaluation, retrieval, orchestration, and knowledge graphs—turning engineering intent into structured, reliable system behavior.
You will define where models should decide, measure quality against real data, and lay the foundations for scalable, reproducible AI across electrical CAD workflows.
Engineering software is at a structural turning point.
For decades, CAD systems have digitized drawing. At WSCAD, we are building the next paradigm: AI-native engineering systems, where AI becomes part of the core operating layer of engineering workflows.
We are looking for a Senior AI Systems Engineer to help build and validate this next-generation platform. You will work on LLM production pipelines, evaluation, retrieval, orchestration, and knowledge graphs - turning engineering intent into structured, checkable, and reliable system behavior.
At WSCAD, AI is not a side project or an isolated feature. This role is about making AI systems work in production: defining where models should and should not make decisions, measuring their quality against real data, and building the technical foundations that make their behavior scalable, reproducible, and trustworthy.
