Zusammenfassung

Blooming Health in Germany is seeking an experienced Voice AI Engineer to design and ship real-time, conversational voice systems. You will work closely with the Director of AI Engineering and product partners to deliver production-ready features.

You will own AI orchestration layers, manage state, and drive end-to-end workflows across speech-to-text, LLM reasoning, tool calling, and text-to-speech, with a strong focus on production quality and scalability.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience building voice AI or real-time conversational systems in production.
• Strong experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and prompt engineering patterns.
• Strong Python skills, including async Python, and API/backend service experience.
